In May 2021, Tasco Yusen Gold Cold Sdn Bhd (TYGC), teamed with Swift Integrated Logistics Sdn Bhd to jointly acquire a 50% stake in Hypercold ​Logistics Sdn Bhd. TYGC, had established itself as a prominent cold chain logistics provider in Peninsular Malaysia. However, it had no cold chain logistics presence in Sabah or Sarawak. ​

Hypercold Logistics is involved in the provision of cold chain-related logistics, warehouse storage and transportation of goods. It’s cold chain warehouse is in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.​

Hypercold Logistics Sdn Bhd, recent cold-chain hub are fully completed in November 2023. The hub has a capacity of 6,389 pallets.
